I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Indiana (License #: 200443736B) and Illinois (License #: 071.022318) and Authorized to Practice Interjurisdictional Teletherapy (APIT #21487). I completed my doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Purdue University. I am trained to work with a variety of presenting concerns such as: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, family-of-origin concerns, and trauma-related symptoms.
I am guided by an interpersonal and emotion-focused approach to therapy, while also integrating interventions from an Internal Family Systems perspective (IFS) and an EMDR approach when helping individuals process difficult memories and experiences. I strive to create a safe, genuine, and authentic client and therapist relationship, which I believe to be essential when fostering an environment that is safe for discovery and long-term change. I have a particular passion for helping individuals learn ways to manage their trauma-related symptoms, make sense of unresolved family-of-origin concerns, process difficult emotions surrounding grief and loss, improve relationships, and find meaning in important life transitions.
Teletherapy services available from: 8am–6pm, Monday through Thursday
